The CD arrived with jewelcase damaged. The payment was split up in two with one being for the actual item and then this payment which was for the shipping. I started a case here because the seller did not respond to me. Now Paypal requires me to return the CD for a refund of the shipping!? This is so wrong. Just because the item was damaged and I want reimbursement for the shipping. I don’t want to return the CD in that case I have to open another case for that payment.
