Guys my payment is still on hold. I am selling a Piano and an overseas buyer paid me through PayPal. I now have to go to Western Union, do a payment and send the payment slip to PayPal for my money to be released? The payment is apparently an agent fee for his courier choice company. I have been informed by 2 banks that it may be fraud. I received an email from a mail that looks like PayPal but ended up in my spam folder? Does this sound right to anyone at all?
