On periscope there is a man posing as a transgender woman who uses paypal donations as his living. He lives out of his car. Wishes death on people. Makes fun of a woman’s dead children. Lies to get donations. Travels the country hunting and stalking people. A lot of us honest people want this guy to stop. He is using PayPal as his personal job. Doesn’t file with the IRS. And needs to have his account shut down. If a person donates to him. He then harasses them continually by email or phone non stop until the only way to shut him up is by giving more money. He’s has gotten people fired from jobs. He is just a really sick human. Please if anyone has had an interaction with <removed> from periscope please reply.
