I'm trying to send money to a Paypal account in the USA (I've received a payment from this same account before). I have two Paypal accounts, I've tried both and I've also tried sending euros and dollars but I always get the same error message: "The country you're trying to send money to can't receive this payment". I've never seen this message before, how do I resolve it?
