an "AA email" has register in paypal since 2006.. I can use this account to subscribe for my company subscription plan at amount RM2299 per year.
my client with a new paypal account registered today.. he cannot make the subscription RM2299 per year. (attached error screenshot)
I try to set the amount RM50 per year. And the subscription payment go through.
Question
1. is there any limit to my client's new account? She has her account verified. (attached account limit screenshot)
2. Is there any limit in my business account that receive the subscription payment?
