I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with transferring your PayPal funds. Since you have started to experience this issue recently, it seems the issue is with either your PayPal or FNB account. To go about this issue, please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser and try to initiate the withdrawal again and check if that works. If still the issue persists, please try to initiate the withdrawal at a later time.
