Since you have started to experience this issue recently, it seems the issue is with either your PayPal or FNB account. To go about this issue, please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser and try to initiate the withdrawal again and check if that works. Hi @Spider94!   I understand that you are having issues with using your bank account as the payment method to send a personal payment using PayPal. I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this. As you already know, to send instant transfers using a bank account, there needs to be a bank account added along with the card. Since you already have both linked with your PayPal account and yet the instant transfer is not an option, it seems our security systems are blocking your bank account as the payment method for your safety. The best way to get this issue addressed is by contacting our Support directly by any of the following means. Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of PayPal's pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this. Usually, to add money to a PayPal account, there must be a bank account linked and confirmed with PayPal. Since you are trying to add cash at a retailer and still not working, it seems there is an issue with your account. The best way to get this issue addressed is by contacting our Support directly by any of the following means. Hi @Ashtonwfe!    Welcome to PayPal Community!   I understand that the refund has been sent to a lost card and you need assistance with locating it. I'm glad to assist you with this. Due to banking regulations a refund of a payment must be sent to the card from which the payment originated. Hi @Roxanne26!   Welcome to PayPal Community!   I understand that you had a free trial that has been canceled and you wish to know if the merchant can still charge you. I'm glad to inform you that once you cancel any subscription that is set up with PayPal as the payment processor, you must not receive any further charges for that service.   In case if the canceled subscription still bills you, you can report these billing issues to PayPal. Hi @lizzytucker!   Welcome to PayPal Community!   I understand that you are expecting an overseas payment and want to know about the timeframe to receive it. I'm afraid that with PayPal all the payments should be instantaneous and it does not matter if it is a domestic or overseas payment. This is why people choose PayPal as their preferred payment processor. Payments can be delayed only if the sender uses eCheck option while sending money as it takes some time to clear their bank.   In the meanwhile, I would like to keep you informed that for international payments, either you or the sender will be charged with the cross border fees. I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this. If you have a bank account linked and not showing as the payment method, it might be because of the following possibilities.   1. The bank account which is linked might not have been confirmed using the random deposits.  2. It might have been blocked as the payment method due to security concerns.   If the bank account is confirmed and yet the payment is not going through, I'd suggest you attempt the payment later or add a different payment method and try to complete the payment. I'm afraid that PayPal includes neither of these details when accessing the account from a different location. If you have received one with this information, then it must be a fake text message.   During the instance of location changes, we may ask you to confirm your identity to ensure you’re the one authorizing activity in your PayPal account.
