Upload Document Failed

How am I supposed to upload documents? The message I am always receiving says that the upload failed due to some problem on their end (Paypal). Due to this, I cannot upload what is needed to continue my refund.    I have tried on Google Chrome and Edge. With both applications updated to their latest. ... View more

Looking for a manager of complaint department

I have just gotten off the phone with a customer service repesentive and to say the very least I am irate right now. Not only did they say mockly that I would not get my money back after account had unauthorized transactions where I did not approve of, the super helpful customer service agent said I would not be getting any kind of money from paypal. The definition of "unauthorized" is "not having official permission or approval" The customer service agent said I gave offical access to my account by leaving my account logged in on my own private computer at my house in my personal bedroom. My account did not have by their definition any "Unauthorized Acess" just because I leave my paypal logged in for quicker access on my own personal computer which is also by the way under a password to even log into my computer. I have a mildy austic brother that comes over to play games on my computer, I introduced him to a game we once played and in this said game you could purchase items for real money. When I was out my brother in all the wisdom that I had logged into the game and the website to purchase virtual items using my paypal which is in turn linked to my bank. My bank is not the fastest at relaying information to me espeically when it comes to current balance updates. My brother made several purchases on the 17th of August my bank does no update until the Monday of the next week sometimes it takes until Tuesday. I found out I had money missing from my bank account on Tuesday August 21st of 2018. I opened a ticket but I did not hear back. So today after my work I called them to be greeted with igorance and disrespect.   I want to make it known that Paypal Customer servive is very subpar and should not be delt with if you have an unauthorized  transaction because the fraud deptment will not help. The woman whom I spoke to over the phone declined to let me speak to her direct superior because there was no one above her in the company I assume.
