I've been using Paypal for a year now and every time I transfer funds from Paypal to my bank account, it only takes 2-3 days and it will reflect on my bank account. But now, it's been 7 days already and I still don't receive the money. I am from Dubai and I withdraw on August 12. Paypal doesn't have any concrete answers for my query. I want to know, is this normal?
