2 way authentication doesn't work. I try for more than 12 hours with no result. Locked out of my account. First attempts I receive message "Something going bad on our side - Try again later" (or something like this) Last 2 hours I get message "we can't confirm that you are you" (or something like this) But system don't even try to send me 2 way authentication code. Directly "you are not you" No official support. Phone center is closed until tomorrow. No way to contact via email.   Is there something I can do? Is there a way [today Aug 2018] to contact PayPal via email and get an answer from a real person and not a robot? I have a serious problem and i only get totally irrelevant answers from robots. Call is not an option since i'm not fluent in English, PayPal doesn't offer su[port in my native language and i can't cover the cost for a 10-15 min call to USA. Here in my country this call will cost more than 50 USD, i cant spend this money.   ... View more
