I received an email saying my account has issues, my bank apparently contacted PayPal saying there was suspicious activity. Now my PayPal requested that I change my password, reconnect my bank account (they had disconnected) and provide proof of Identity. I have done everything, and my account still cannot send out my money. Paypal does not respond to my emails. I have sent at least 7 emails and got zero replies. Does anyone know if PayPal was sold? Or is PayPal now a scam?
