I live in moldova and Paypal support told me : in your country you can only withdraw to a VISA card or a US bank. Hi, I'm engaged in selling digital goods on ebay, the way I deliver goods through messages, in recent times I have been losing a lot of money because people open a dispute with reason  "it was not an authorized purchase", is there at least the least way to prove the paypal they scammers and regain the money. The product that I sell it is one-off and people after activation ask for the return of medications. Just need at least one way to prove that they scammers.
