I have had my account since 2015. Earlier today I was trying to withdraw a big amount and I got an error that I was trying to withdraw more than the maximum amount allowed. It was only 4k usd which is not maximum supposedly. I reached out to PayPal in facebook and I was advised that my account is not verified but nowhere in PayPal even from the link they sent I can see a verify me link. Plus I have 3 cards and 1 bank account linked. My email, address, phone number are all there including my passport info so how is it possible that it's not verified but no way to verify it anywhere? Hi, I'm new to using paypal as it is required by new job. I linked my Metrobank using the paypal app. Unlike what I have read recently (they were asked for their 13-digit account number), I was asked for my 16-digit card number. I was successful in linking my account I guess bec it auto-generated my address. I'm just concerned because my account name shows a dash on my last name but on my card, it doesn't. Would that cause my funds not be transferred successfully because of that? ... View more
