Got this response.  I do have a problem as I cant pay and still get blue circle, but I will try whats suggested. Reluctant to call number as suggested as I wasted to much time today already.   Please excuse the automated reply. Upon reviewing your account, I am not seeing any problem that might hinder you from making payments. There's a high possibility that when you are trying to make that purchase you are experiencing a website error on eBay. I highly recommend that you try to use a different device or clear your browser's history and cache/cookies. If you are using the eBay app, try to delete the app and install it again. Likewise UK user and trying to purchase items using eBay checkout. I able to log into my  Pay pal account   using google. So I assume its an issue between ebay and pay pal.  ... View more

Been trying to pay for 2 items in my eBay basket since 8 am this morning. Spoke to pay pal and they said I had to contact the seller and get him/her to invoice me via pay pal and by pass E bay. (had great difficulty actually understanding/making out what was being said. Told me no Problems with Pay Pal. Which is obviously not correct. Then told me there was a problem with the sellers account. So Added another item to the basket from a completely different seller same problem halfway through the  trying to pay stage the system hangs leaving the revolving blue circle.   Any ideas ???? help would be appreciated. ...
