ive been getting charged by Microsoft since 2013 and was wondering if itd be possible to recieve a refund on all those charges. I dont have anything with microsoft thatd be charging me that. i have no idea wtf it was charging me for. i feel like it was a scammer or some internet hacker troll that set me up big time and now has got to me really hard. please someone help.
