I had a bill me later account payed off in full in 2012. They closed this account due to non use. Now fast forward few years to now. About 3 4 months ago I was able to get my account reinstated with paypal credit. It was approved for a credit line. Now Im still waiting to be able to actually use it. It has been 3 to 4 months since this has been re opened and customer service states its the new bank???? Im still not able to use this account to make purchases. If its the bank how long does it take this is ridiculous
