All very well if you are querying an actual paypal transaction.  I am querying 6 direct debits taken from my Bank Account by Paypal - this is NOT a subject covered by Facebook Message, Help Centre, Email subjects etc. etc.   There is no way round this it seems. ... View more

thanks but tried the phone - automatic voice told me to go to Resolution Centre.   However as the money has been taken from my bank account and not my paypal account I am unable to open a Case anyway - so not at all sure about facebook and I know nothing at all about Twitter - would not know how to do that. ... Def. not.  I have not bought anything and besides that there is always a balance of more than these amounts in my account....??  Any idea how to contact Paypal??    Their Contact Us and Message system just go round in circles   ... View more
