I sold a pair of sneakers to a customer in a different state, they issued a refund. They got their money back yet when i received the sneakers back they were not the exact pairs! They are not the original shoes that was shipped out! So now they have their money and the original shoes. And I am left with random shoes. I receive a refund from a customer, yet the item that was shipped out is not the same once i received it back.
