Hello, it's my first time withdrawing from PayPal using my bank account. I patiently waited for days after getting the Transfer to Bank - Completed notification, then I find that it was all given back as a paypal balance with an Transfer from Bank - Reversed. There were no return fee or stuff, it was back to the original balance. It may be a small amount of money but I need it now. Is it because of the withdrawal limits or stuff? If it is then PayPal should have told me in the first place. How do I get this money with the assurance of actually getting it? Please help, thank you.
