I’m having an issue with opening a case for an item not arriving after waiting more than a week. The payment I sent itself is still pending and unlike usually with a completed payment where you can report item not arriving yet or if it’s a counterfeit item, the only option I get is report if there’s been unauthorised access to this transaction which isn’t the issue so can’t report it for not arriving. Can someone explain to me why this is the case and what I can do?
