On 6/25/18 I placed an order with a vendor which today, 7/6/18, is still showing to be "in progress" on their end (when I track the order through their website). It should not take this long for this item. I believe any other transaction would've been complete within 5 days which all have ever been. I have emailed this vendor twice requesting status update. Both times, no response. My question is this (and to be sure that I understand correctly): regarding pending payments, those eligible for cancellation are ones as in a pre-agreed payment date, recurring in other words. In my case, I've authorized a payment that currently sits in pending status and I cannot cancel this. I need to get in contact with the seller?? Even though my payment hasn't been processed to the seller and is in wait with PayPal? I theres not a way for me to cancel or stop payment on this transaction??? Thanks in advance for the feedback!
