I can't send any payments, I cannot complete in game purchases, I cannot send money to anyone.I have been facing this problem for nearly 1 month, I have asked for many suggestions, everyone says that just wait a few days and the error will be probably fixed.Well i have waited long enough but nothing has happened, I also contacted Paypal via email but they don't seem to come out with a proper solution for my problem. I would like the help of all you helpful people out there, If anyone of you have faced this problem and know a solution to it, please let me know. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.
