I want to purchase a new car engine via ebay, for £1k
seller has provided bank details, but they dont have much precence online, although they have 200+ ebay reviews
I obviously want to protect my payment in case they dont send my engine, but I see paypal doesnt cover motor vehicles
I am not concerned with ongoing faults in the engine (they have 6 month guarantee on that)
BUT only that payment and delivery are protected
would this transaction be covered by paypal? And if not, what method could I use to protect my payment?
