I sent two payment of $49.00 - $99.00 to someone and they claimed they never got my money but the money was taken from my debit card from paypal and it says it was completed and I dont know what to do.. I ask him already 5 times for a refund but he said he never got the money I sent him because I cancaled the transaction which I never did... it doesn't make any sense.... I need help what should I do???
