I shipped a phone to my buyer and two days later he opened a dispute against me. Paypal says his bank issued a chargeback and they have no control over it. Paypal keeps telling me that when tracking shows the item is delivered, I'll get my money back but I have a hard time believing its that easy. Since the item is still in transit, I can try to have it intercepted and returned to me for a fee. I dont know what the fee is because I cant get the address to match up on usps.com's intercept page.
Would you guys trust paypal? Am I going to get my money? Or would you pay the fee to intercept and lose some money but get the item back. It sold for $150.
thanks
