I had purchased things on Sephora USA Inc on the 15th of May, a month ago from now, and the payment did not get through, although the money got deducted from my bank account. The payment was listed under the "Pending" section, and was not approved. After the end of 30 days, I see that the payment is no longer listed in the pending section, and is in the archived section.
I'd like to know if there is anything I can do to claim my refund. I've already drafted a mail to the Help Center. Is there something in particular that I must do?
