Hi,
I recently received a refund from an ebay seller. The money shows in my PayPal wallet.
However since I made the initial payment with my credit card, I was hoping the money would have been reversed into my credit card.
Now the money is sitting there, and there is no way I can actually withdraw it from there.
When I click withdraw, it says I should add a US Bank Account - I'm not from America, and do not have one.
Any advice?
