At this time I can not use my pay pal because they say I am negative about $132.00. I just do not understand this since I pay for EACH purchase with the debit card that is linked to a separate checking account. There was an order for $212.00 but the merchant canceled that and refunded promptly but I have been unable to shop on Ebay since then because each purchase goes directly to pay pal which refuses the purchase. (It will not let me try other payment options). And I can not find a phone number for pay pal to speak to someone about this. I am very frustrated with this whole mess and may just close the account!!!!!
