We understand PayPal automatically transfer money to our Indian bank account every night. While this is fine (and convenient too), we have a problem of matching individual invoices that we send to client with the payments made, as PayPal sums up all the payments received on a particular day and transfers them altogether. Is there a way to get them transferred automatically to our bank as individual transactions? Instead of getting them as one single payment that doesn't match with our invoices. We require to this for GST refund to produce at the GST officer.
Now the problem is multiple payments from multiple clients (on a day) for different invoices are pushed automatically to our Indian bank account as a single summed entry/transfer.
It would be great if we can get them in the bank as separate transfers. This way we can easily match an invoice sent to a client with their payments received by individual FIRC.
May I know if there a setting that we can enable? Thank you.
