I called PayPal on June 6 to report that I'd received an email from PayPal regarding shipment cancellation - specifically, that ComfortZone (the company selling the book I'd ordered online) had canceled the shipment. The message said if I had issues with this to contact the seller, though no phone number was provided and I couldn't find a number for them when I checked online. I then checked my credit card statement, and the amount charged for the book ($23) had already been paid to PayPal. The first person I talked to at PayPal tried to be helpful but transferred me to the wrong person. That person then tried to transfer me to the correct department, but I waited on hold for over an hour and finally gave up. At this point, all I want is for the $23 charge to be refunded by PayPal. I'll purchase the book elsewhere.
