Thank you for your kind response. However, the link you sent only takes me to the "history" portion of my account, which DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE more than a month or so of transactions. AGAIN, HOW CAN I VIEW A YEAR OF PAST TRANSACTIONS? This is becomming frustrating, not receiving an answer...only obvious links (which do not allow me to view much history). ... View more

Do not understand the answer below from GreenGear. Saw a question similar to mine posted in help community, but the instructions contained in the "answer" do not apply, as My Account will ONLY ALLOW VIEW OF about 3 months. The request portion only allows for 6 months to be viewed. HOW MAY I VIEW ONE YEAR OF MY TRANSACTIONS? Thanks very kindly for your help. I'm not good at this, completely new to blog. Am in the USA.
