I sent an invoice and promptly received payment. Payer is a verified user and I was NOT payed via e-check. Payment is showing as cleared and "ok to ship". My balance, however, is not showing the payment as apart of my balance. Is this an issue today? I have used PP over 10 years and everything has always updated quickly and I have never had to wait for my balance to update, especially when I see that payment is legitimate and ok to ship.
