I was surprised that mu account was limited and they asked me to provide some documents. I have scanned copies of those documents. After a while I did not hear from PayPal, I called and  person named Aaron answered the phone and after telling him what my issues are he said that the ID I sent was fake because it had lines all over the picture or something. This is a scanned copy of a picture ID and has limited resolution (200). I told him I was going to send a photo taken from my phone and he said that my account is locked forever and I just have to deal with a collection agency.   What? after we try to keep a good credit score they would just do this? Should we not be given a chance to send more documents to prove our identity? They should allow us to prove that this is truly us. He was very arrogant and PayPal is the same if this is their policy on this.   has anyone experienced the same thing? is there a solution to this? I already send other documents that I would not really like to share because if they get hacked or something these are very sensitive documents. ... View more
