Thank you so much for this reply - it now does work for me - I appreciate you posting this, even though its taken me weeks to get back here! I now have the year end reports I need. Just to clarify, you go to 'Tools', then 'all tools' then as you say, the gift aid reports is right at the very bottom of the option boxes.
