I've got a transaction I need to open a dispute against as it was for an item advertised as having a 12 month warranty which has developed a fault but the seller is not responding to my messages about it. When I go to the Resolution Centre there is no option to open a dispute, only to search for existing disputes, of which there are none. Clicking on the transaction in my PayPal history only directs me to eBay's Resolution Centre but I can't do anything there because of the length of time since the item was ordered and eBay just direct me to open a dispute with PayPal, which I can't do because there's no option for it. Help!
