I'd ordered a Jacket on April 6th. The wrong jacket was delivered on April 21 (Tracking number LS985272338CN) It was returned to and received by the seller on April 27th. A claim for the cost of the return shipping $12.90 ~ was filed and has paid to my account by Pay Pal. But...I have not received a REFUND for the jacket from the seller or Pay Pal. I have filled a claim with Pay Pal and it was denied because the seller says it was delivered on May 21st. They chose to ignore the fact it was returned on the 27th. Pay Pal knows it was returned, and paid the shipping after it was received by the seller... I've asked for a refund, the seller is ignoring me What more can I do?
