I just had a dispute that was closed and it appears PayPal essentially turns their backs. I bought a product on a website I've never never purchased from before and 100% positively did not receive the item. I see there being two scenarios. 1. The seller sent PayPal bogus proof of shipping. 2. The product was lost by the shipping carrier. In either case, this is unacceptable. I should at the very least have the ability to dispute this with the postal service. Has anyone come across this issue and resolved it? This has happened once before on PayPal. It's not even worth my time but it's simply the principal at this point of not wanting to get ripped off
