Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your bank account. If you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can normally do so through our Resolution Center. Since you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we would normally recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction.
However, if your bank has advised to contact us first, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to see if the transaction may be able to be disputed with PayPal.
