Not Using Debit Card

(Image has been edited as it contains personal information -email address) I have used my Debit card for numerous purchases over the the last year. One time a friend transfered me money and I used it all up so my Acct balance is 0.00USD. Now I am trying to send money to one of my friends for payment for a service she has done for me. Everytime I try to send the money it says that I need to add funds to my Balance. It doesn't even give me the option to use my Debit Card which I have used in the past just fine. All I want to know is how can I get it to use my Debit Card to make the payment? There are no other funds i.e. Bank Accounts linked to this PayPal. So I don't understand why it won't let me use my Debit Card. This is the message I get: Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance. I don't want to add money to my balance I just want to pay with my Debit Card. Debit Card not being used

PayPal not allowing me to buy from NetDragon

Had this problem before but a restart of my browers fixed it.  Now everytime I try it still gives me: We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow.   Any advice? ... View more
