i made the purchase a few days ago with a recent pre-paid bank card. the problem came up when the seller refunding the money told me it was going into a paypal account and then into my bank account. i must have made a paypal account way back. however, during signing up a new paypal account, it did ask me to transfer old info to the new one including credit card info i dont have anymore. eek. what would you do?. ... hi there, got an easy question for you but confusing to me. i was refunded money from an ebay purchase that went, i guess, into an "old" paypal account and is supposed to return directly back into my bank account??? still very new to this and get confused easily. i have absolutely zero info as far as the email address and password that was used. from what i understand, its an earlier account. if my refunded money gets stuck there, how can i get it back or worse, prove its MY account??  i really dont want to lose that money.   thanks for your time. chip. ...
