A contact in London sent me money to get one of my photos printed and mailed to him. (I'm in the north of Ireland).  I agreed to do this without profit (as I do) and asked him to send the Photobox charge (£6.48) via PayPal. Paypal took a fee of £0.49 when sending money is supposed to be free. Any idea why? ... View more
