Sept 6 since my account been limited Untill now sep 26 my account is limited i provide whats paypal requirement. I message paypal but no response about this case. I spend $20 For my load to call direct to my paypal but they saying that the agent is in other call then need to put my number to call by paypal..but every time i put it on my phone operator said that is in correct or not register. Please help me what to do.
