Hi, I will summarize my situation:   Bought a laptop from John [removed], decided to return the laptop which was still inside return policy. Laptop got really hot underneath so I changed my mind and decided to return using John [removed]/Evri label. I have all the proof of postage of return. Apparently the laptop was then lost in transit and not Evri or John [removed] want to be responsible. I am trying to get my refund since 13th of June. Paid with Paypal credit which then I already paid some of it with my debit card. I am not going to pay the rest for an item I don't have. Interest will start next month. John [removed] is refusing to give me the refund. Paypal closed the case for some reason. I am in talks with Citizen Advice as well. What else can I do?   Please someone help. Thank you ... How to choose where my payment is going on Paypal Credit? It's annoying, I'm trying to pay something it's ending next month and one of two payments I did this week, the second one went for a different item.    I wish we could target where the payment is going.
