There isn't an option to upload the required documents on the website anymore, even though I was told to provide "proof of address" in an email: The Resolution Centre also has no cases open, even though my account is still limited: Admittedly, it took a bit of back-and-forth beforehand for me to figure out what exactly Paypal approved as proof, but now I simply have no option to resolve the issue even though the website is notifying me of the problem. It's quite the predicament, because I'm hesitant to link my credit card/bank account when there's still this limitation in place. Can anyone recommend the best course of action? Thank you.
