Same here, although I don't get the grey background printed thankfully.   They removed the Item Description (optional bit) from the packing slips a few years ago and eventually put it back, presumably after an outcry from the community. Like you I need it printed as it tells me which variant of the product the customer has ordered and it's a PITA to have to look it up and write it on, not to mention it looks unprofessional. Having to go through two factor authentication eve...

I have two factor authentication set up on my account (business account) and in the past I only occasionally was asked to input the verification code that PP sent to me via text, presumably that was good enough to verify my machine for a while. As of about two weeks ago it's started asking me every single time I log in. Since I can be logging into my account several times a day this has rapidly become extremely irritating, more so because my office is in a basement with no wifi signal, so I have to physically move out of my office to a location in my home where I can get a signal to receive the text. This evening I had to go through two rounds of the game 'I'm not a Robot' and then still do the verification code on top of that. It's beyond a joke. Is this a permanent change or is this something that is only happening to a few people, or just me? If it's not something that PP has changed then does anyone know how I can get it to change back again. I don't want to switch off the authentication altogether, just stop it from asking me. Every. Received an email saying a payment to me may have ...

So on Saturday I got an email from Paypal with the subject: Your PayPal payment is on hold. I immediately thought scam, but it came through to the right email and it turns out it's legit.   The content of the email is thus: Dear Sparklies, It has come to our attention that the payment shown below may have been unauthorised. While we investigate this transaction, we’ve placed a temporary hold on the amount you received. The money won’t be available for you to use until we complete our review. We appreciate your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience. No restrictions were applied to your account so you’re free to continue using PayPal.   Along with this were my customers details and the Transaction ID. Looking this up on my account I find three records as follows: 26/3/18 Payment from <customer name> - Completed 41.95 GBP 7/4/18 Temporary Hold <customer name> - Removed 41.95 GBP 7/4/18 Update from Reversal - Cancelled 40.11 GBP   I haven't had any other emails and now I can't figure out if they've investigated and found it to be legitimate and just removed the hold on the money in my account or if they've found it to be fraudulent and removed the money from my account completely. I need to know which as I work to order with a 4-6 week lead time, so the customer's order hasn't been sent out yet, and if it's been effectively cancelled I need to get in touch with them to see what's going on.   I do hope someone can tell me what this all means.
