I am sorry to hear that this has happened. It sounds like the eBay case was closed before your first refund completed to your buyer. In most cases, the funds from your bank account will be added to your PayPal balance instead of being refunded once they clear. If this has not happened I would recommend contacting eBay to advise them that you have already refunded the payment through your PayPal account.
