My account has been limited for weeks now. I cannot withdraw my money I have in there. I have followed all steps and sent off the documentation I've Been asked for and my account still just says the same thing. No cases in resolution centre. I've emailed every day to try and get some answer but I get no reply ever. i can't call as I'm at work all day. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I may be even a reply from a human giving me some information?
