Hi, I bought an item on eBay, paid for it then later on got an email from Ebay saying the transaction hadn’t gone through and to pay again. I went back on Ebay and seen the item wasn’t in my purchases, so I paid for the item again. I then check my bank and PayPal and both payments have went through as confirmed and the funds taken from my bank account. I’ve contacted the Ebay seller and they say they’ve only one payment. How do I get the original payment refunded ASAP? Thank you
