To shorten the original forum; what I need help with is getting in touch with customer service!! Ive been on hold for hours! And I needed this done hours ago! Ive tried all yhe suggestion I could find from other people who had similar issues, yet the automated woman and I clearly dont get along and I can't get through. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> To explain the story: Paypal has pretty much locked my account because I havent used it in a while which makes sense. So I called the 888-221 number, only to be left on hold for over an hour. Hanging up, I saw a response to someone with a similar issue who said to use that 7 digit code and to keep quite until she transfers me to someome I can talk to, or until I say "Agent". Depending on the program, I wasnt sure how long the computer automated voice was going to try and get me to say something. So after a while, I said agent. She kept going, so finally I said I need to change my business account into a Personal account. She didnt seem to understand and again said, hold on a minute. And now AGAIN ive been listenimg to this guy talk about PayPal for the past 3 hours... Is there a special kind of trick that their customers have to figure out amongst themselves in order to get ANY kind of efficient, useful or productive assistance?? Of anyone knows anything about what I need to do, id spore iate any information... I need this done hours ago...
