Excuse me if this is long... If somebody could please help me and point me in the right direction to be able to contact paypal. I do not know what section my enquiry needs to go! I tried to add a filmon sub whilst away in Spain and paypal showed it would not go through. I tried twice. I received an email from Paypal, as follows, Due to a technical issue, you may have been charged payments under billing agreements that we told you weren't set up successfully. To correct this situation, we’ve refunded the following transactions: 14.95 EUR FilmOn TV UK Ltd 14.95 EUR FilmOn TV UK Ltd In most cases, the transactions were refunded to the funding source that was originally charged. If your bank account was charged, the refund was issued to your PayPal account balance. In addition, we’ve confirmed that the billing agreements we told you weren't set up successfully in fact are not active. If you’d still like to set up a billing agreement, please return to the merchant’s website and try again. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. If you have any questions, please follow the Help & Contact link on any PayPal page for options to reach us. Thank you for being a PayPal customer. Money had been taken out of my Spanish bank account. I still have not had a refund. The email was from 9th Feb. I closed my account after the email I was to get a refund. I have had to set up another account to be able to communicate with anyone. Is any one able to help please? Thank you if you have taken time to read this. 🙂
