I have offered Paypal on my Ecrater store for some time, but only about 20% of buyers are leaving feedback. I believe the feedback is only offered to Paypal users, but have no idea how to remind them to leave feedback. I am offering discounts on future purchases if they leave feedback, but have had several reply asking how they leave feedback on ecrater. How and where do they find the link or option to leave feedback for me on my ecrater store? Is it on the Ecrater site? is it on the Paypal site? I need to know how they can leave feedback so I can tell them! Thanks for the help!
